Unique characteristics: Luxembourg is and especially excellent banking center and is known for having strict banking secrecy laws and offering numbered accounts. The jurisdiction is also a popular place for establishing holding companies and investment companies. Also, Luxembourg is a member of the Financial Action Task Force.
